Generally, all charges for Otio subscriptions are non-refundable. If you'd like to cancel or downgrade your recurring subscription, you may do so at any time by logging into Otio or contacting us at contact@otio.ai.

If you have mistakenly signed up for a paid Otio subscription or believe you are eligible for a refund due to a bug or major fault with our platform, then please reach out to contact@otio.ai to schedule a support call and kickstart the refund process within 7 days of signing up for either our monthly or annual subscription plans.
